A school that teaches two national curricula under one roof, with parents who need answers long after the office has closed. We built the whole digital side of it, and put an AI assistant on the front desk that never goes home.
Arizona High School is a co-educational secondary school in Nairobi with an unusual offer: students can take the British IGCSE Edexcel curriculum, the Kenyan national curriculum, or combine the two. That is the school's single biggest selling point to a parent choosing where to send their child.
It was also the hardest thing to explain. A parent comparing schools has to understand what dual curriculum means, what it costs them, what it gets their child, and how to apply, and they are usually doing that comparison in the evening, on a phone, after work. The school office is closed at that hour. Every unanswered question at that moment is a parent who moves on to the next school.
The brief was not "build us a website." It was: make a parent who has never heard of us understand what we offer and take the next step, at eleven at night, without anyone from the school being awake.
A complete digital presence, designed and built from scratch rather than dropped into a template:
A school website is not a normal website. This one sits under the Kenyan Data Protection Act 2019, and the raw material we were handed included photographs of identifiable students and staff.
We treated that as a hard constraint from the first day rather than a legal footnote at the end. Student photographs are only published where consent covers it, and the material we use publicly, including the screenshot on this page, is taken from the live public site and deliberately avoids identifiable faces. The school's internal contact details, payment references and address stay in the school's private handover document and appear nowhere public.
We mention this because it is the difference between a portfolio piece and a liability. Any agency can put a school online. Doing it without exposing children is the actual job.
The school owns the result outright. It was delivered with a written owner's handover document covering how the site works, how to update it, where the domain and hosting sit, and what to do if something breaks. The site runs on infrastructure with automatic SSL, so the certificate never lapses and nobody at the school has to think about it.
No monthly dependency on us was engineered in. If the school wants us for changes, that is a choice they make, not a lock-in they discover later.
The site is live at arizonahigh.co.ke, with the AI assistant answering parent questions around the clock. It was our first completed school platform, and it became the template for how we build the next one.
We do not publish invented conversion percentages here. What is true and verifiable is on this page, and the site itself is a click away.
